Contribution of the Intelaka program in the entrepreneurial dynamics: case of the Fes-Meknes region

Intelaka is a device whose objective is to encourage entrepreneurship and promote the professional integration of young people. By opting for a documentary research methodology, our descriptive analysis of the data collected during the surveys conducted by the CRI of Fez Meknes for the period 2020/2021, shows the existence of an entrepreneurial dynamic at the level of the Fez Meknes region created by the Intelaka Program. Regarding the supply of financing, the region Fez Meknes is placed in 3rd place nationally in terms of amounts disbursed. However, some inequalities between urban and rural, male and female entrepreneurship, as well as a spatial disparity between the provinces of the region are noted. As for the analysis of the accompaniment offer, the program has established encouraging actions, accompanying projects from start to finish, whether innovative or female, and providing digitalized and diversified training throughout the region. In addition, public authorities are called upon to think about tools such as networking and incubation, in order to sustain the positive impact of the program on the population
