Abstract

The crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic spares no sector, no activity and no country. Since its appearance on March 02, 2020 in Morocco. It has disrupted the business environment, whose companies whatever their activity are facing an undesirable impact. However, these companies have put in place strategies of measures to survive their activities. In opting for an exploratory research methodology, our descriptive analysis of data collected from surveys conducted by CFCIM and HCP (2020) during the 2020/2021 period, argues that companies that have chosen more sustainable and responsible strategies fare better during this pandemic crisis. In this context, the Covid-19 crisis has allowed companies to test their real commitments in terms of CSR. In this respect, we have seen that several companies have opted massively for the institutionalization of telework. This can be seen as a valuable opportunity to combat it. Our article aims to analyze the CSR approach to sustainable development and exploiting the opportunities of telework in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
