Abstract

The new technologie of information and communication have changed our economies and the functions of the company. In this context, the training strategy has known changes that have shaken the internal functioning of organizations. To this end, the application of ICT is necessary for training, which has led to the creation of a new reality called "e-learning". The crisis has disrupted the economic system in all sectors and has shown the limits of the face-to-face training. Companies have therefore been forced to transform their habits and adapt more quickly to these upheavals in order to survive the financial crisis and ensure their performance. This article aims to explore the contribution of e-learning on the performance of companies in times of crisis within three companies in the field of outsourcing and transaction management (BPO). A qualitative analysis was carried out: Administration of a set of semi-directive interviews with about fifteen actors of the human resources department. The result is that the companies studied have been involved in this new practice which is beginning to gain momentum.
