The governance of of moroccan organizations: state of play and perspectives

Abstract

The aim of this research work is to understand and analyze governance and its practices in Moroccan organizations of the banking sector.

To this end, we have opted for an interpretative epistemological position, by conducting a qualitative study of the exploratory type, while adopting a deductive approach. We developed an interview guide that we administered to five managers of the organizations studied.

 The analysis of the results highlighted the presence of governance bodies within the organizations studied, accompanied by a weakness in good governance practices (Communication, Transparency, Decision-making, etc.).
