Dans le cadre de la nouvelle économie, les nouveaux vecteurs de la compétitivité des entreprises de l’industrie aéronautique organisées au sein des écosystèmes performants (ESP) seront basés davantage sur les connaissances. Il s’agit de l’industrie 4.0 et de la dé carbonisation des productions basées sur le Knowledge management (KM). Ces deux leviers seront à l’avenir les fondements de la transformation du supply Chain aéronautique. Pour leur implémentation sur les plateformes aéronautiques marocaines, nous proposons la mise en place d’une nouvelle génération d’écosystèmes transverses dans le cadre d’un nouveau plan d’accélération industriel 2.0. Partant du Plan d’accélération industriel (2014- 2020), nous ferons notre proposition selon une approche fondée sur le management des connaissances. Pour cela, nous adopterons une posture épistémologique interprétative. Notre approche méthodologique sera qualitative. Notre étude s’inscrira dans une perspective exploratoire. En se basant sur une recherche documentaire spécialisée et un  échantillon non probabiliste de 17  partenaires, l’objectif de cet article est de présenter les résultats de cette étude préparatoire. Ces derniers ne sont pour, le moment, que la mise   en évidence des axes d’investigation d’une recherche doctorale en cours de préparation. Elle  portera sur la problématique de la transformation de la chaine logistique par les connaissances dans un contexte écosystémique.

Abstract:

In the context of the new economy, the new vectors of competitiveness of companies in the aeronautics industry organized within the efficient ecosystems (ESP) will be based more on knowledge. These are Industry 4.0 and the de-carbonization of production based on knowledge management (KM). These two levers will be the foundations of the future transformation of the aeronautical supply chain. For their implementation on Moroccan aeronautical platforms, we propose the establishment of a new generation of cross-functional ecosystems as part of a new Industrial Acceleration Plan 2.0. Starting from the Industrial Acceleration Plan (2014-2020), we will make our proposal based on a knowledge management approach. To do so, we will adopt an interpretive epistemological posture. Our methodological approach will be qualitative. Our study will be in line with an exploratory perspective. Based on a specialized documentary research and a non-probabilistic sample of 17 partners, the objective of this article is to present the results of this preparatory study. For the time being, these results are only the highlighting of the investigation axes of a doctoral research in preparation. It will focus on the problem of the transformation of the supply chain through knowledge in an ecosystemic context.
