الملخص

تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على إشكالية ربط القانون بالتنمية المستدامة، ولاسيما في جانب التقارب القانوني الإفريقي، وخاصة بتنزيله على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في القارة الافريقية، والذي يقوم على تعاون الدول الافريقية فيما بينها من أجل ملائمة قوانينها، وذلك من أجل إيجاد أرضية قانونية متقاربة تساهم في تعزيز المناخ الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الداعم لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، خاصة وأن الدراسة تأتي في شكل تأملات وتوقعات لما يمكن تحقيقه مستقبلا في ورش التقارب القانوني الافريقي، ولما يمكن للمغرب أن يقوم به من دور للقيادة والتنسيق في هذا الجانب، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المغرب له من المقومات والمؤهلات التقنية والموضوعية المرتبطة بالمجال القانوني، ما يمكن أن يجعله يلعب دور الريادة في قيادة وتنسيق جهود تحقيق التقارب القانوني الإفريقي، وربطه بجهود تحقيق التقارب القانوني البين قاري، أي التقارب القانوني الأوربي-الإفريقي، في اتجاه عولمة القانون.

Abstract

This study highlights the problem of linking law to sustainable development, particularly on the side of African legal convergence, especially by downloading it to achieve sustainable development on the African continent,which is based on the cooperation of African States among themselves in order to ensure the adequacy of their laws, in order to create a legal platform that will contribute to strengthening the economic and social climate supportive of sustainable development, especially since the study is in the form of reflections and expectations of what can be achieved in the future in the African legal convergence workshops and thanks to the leadership and coordination role that Morocco can play in this regard,

The study concluded that Morocco had technical and objective competencies and qualifications related to the legal field.Which could make it leading and coordinating African legal convergence efforts, and linking it to the efforts to bring the inter-continental legal convergence.That means Euro-African legal convergence towards the globalization of law.
